Drug Formulation
1 liang of camphor, 1 liang of safflower, 1 pound of alcohol.

Processing
First, soak the safflower in alcohol; strain out the safflower; add camphor to the alcohol and dissolve it completely; pour the mixture into a 1 liang glass bottle and seal the bottle tightly.

For chilblains accompanied by itching and pain, with hardened nodules that have not yet ulcerated.
Instructions for Use
First, wash the affected area with warm water. Apply a small amount to the affected area, rubbing it in thoroughly to warm the local skin. Repeat several times a day.
