Drug Formulation

Yuanhua (stir-fried with vinegar until charred) half liang, Akebia (chopped) half liang, green tangerine peel (white pith removed, sliced) half liang, black pepper half liang, rhubarb (baked, chopped) half liang, spicy cassia bark (coarse outer bark removed) half liang.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with a paste made from wine and boiled wheat flour to form pills the size of small beans; coat with cinnabar powder.
