Half a jin of fresh lotus root (peeled, knobs removed, and sliced), half a jin of refined honey.

Instructions for Use

Use 1.5 sheng of freshly drawn water; dissolve the honey until it disperses, then place the lotus root in the honey water and soak for about half a day. When thirsty, eat the lotus root and drink the liquid as desired.
