Drug Formulation

2 liang of high-quality calamine (the finest grade; calcined, quenched 3–4 times in Coptis decoction, sorted, ground to a fine powder, and washed with water), 5 qian of high-quality dragon’s blood, 5 qian of cuttlefish bone (back removed), 4 qian of genuine mercury oxide, 2 liang of taro powder, and 1 liang of bleached oyster shell powder.
