Drug Formulation

1 liang of Ma Lin Hua, 1 liang of Da Fu Zi (roasted, peeled, and sliced; boiled with Ma Lin Hua in 1.5 sheng of water until the liquid is completely evaporated, then dried in an oven), Ba Dou (22 seeds in spring and summer; 38 seeds in autumn and winter; split open with shells intact; mixed with Yuan Hua and 1.5 sheng of vinegar, then boiled until the vinegar is completely evaporated, and dried in an oven), 1 liang of Yuan Hua,1 liang of White Aconite Root, 1 liang of Broken Paper Bark, half a liang of Phaselus Seed, half a liang of Areca Nut, 1 liang of Dried Tangerine Peel (pith removed), and 1 liang of Notopterygium Root.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; mix with a paste of vinegar and flour to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take before meals, or on an empty stomach while lying down; adjust the dosage starting from 5 pills. Men should take them with mugwort and salted water; women should take them with tangerine peel decoction.
