Ephedra 2 liang (knots removed), Ligusticum wallichii 1.5 liang, Gypsum 1.5 liang, Cinnamon bark 0.3 fen, Angelica dahurica 0.3 fen, Licorice (roasted) 0.3 fen, Dried ginger (roasted) 0.3 fen, Angelica sinensis (stir-fried) 0.3 fen, Scutellaria baicalensis 0.3 fen, Apricot kernels (peeled, tips removed, and stir-fried until golden) 0.3 fen.

Instructions for Use
Take 4 qian per dose; decoct in 1 medium bowl of water until reduced to 6 fen; strain, let cool slightly, and take while still warm, regardless of the time of day. Continue until sweating occurs. An alternative method involves adding 5 he of jingli and decocting together; this has proven highly effective.
