Drug Formulation

Xanthium herb (harvested on the 5th day of the 5th month or the 6th day of the 6th month, at the fifth watch while still covered in dew).

For severe leprosy with loss of eyebrows and hair, and numbness throughout the body.

Instructions for Use

Pound the ingredients to extract the juice, then boil it down into pills. Take one half-jin carp, split it open (without removing the intestines), insert one pill, and sew it closed with thread. Simmer in two bowls of wine over low heat until cooked, then have the patient eat it. The condition will be cured in no more than 3–5 doses.

Note

Avoid salt for one hundred days.
