Raw gypsum 60g, fresh raw rehmannia root 60g, Anemarrhena rhizome 15g, forsythia fruit 15g, Isatis leaf 30g, Moutan bark 12g, Coptis rhizome 12g, Scutellaria root 12g, Red peony root 9g, Bamboo leaf 9g, Platycodon root 9g, Licorice root 9g, Water buffalo horn 120g (decocted separately first; collect 200ml of the decoction).

Instructions for Use
First, decoct gypsum and Isatis leaf in water to make a decoction, then combine this with the water buffalo horn decoction and decoct all the herbs together; decoct twice in succession to obtain a total of 200–400 milliliters of decoction, to be taken in 3 divided doses. Two to four doses may be taken consecutively over a 24-hour period.
