20 jin of high-quality white mica.

Processing

Break it into thin pieces; use 8 dou of dew water to make a decoction, and use half of it to rinse the mica. Repeat this process once more. Then take another 2 dou of water to make a decoction, add 10 jin of sodium carbonate, and soak the mica in a wooden container with this mixture for 20 days.Place it in a silk bag and hang it in the house, shielding it from wind and sunlight, until it dries. Soak it in water, place it in a deerskin pouch, and knead and squeeze it from dawn until noon. Then sift it through fine silk; knead and squeeze the residue again to obtain 5 dou of fine powder, discarding the rest. Take 1 dou of the powder,mix it with 2 jin of cliff honey, stir until it resembles porridge, pour it into a raw bamboo barrel, and spread it thinly. Seal the opening with lacquer, then bury it beneath the southern bank of the northern wall, 6 chi deep into the ground, and cover it with soil. Dig it up after 40 days in spring and summer, or 30 days in fall and winter; it should be as smooth as lacquer when ready. If any lumps remain undissolved, rebury it for another 30 days before retrieving it.

First, take 1 he of water, add 1 he of the medicine, stir well, and drink the entire mixture. Take three times a day; the water may be cold or warm, as desired.
