Ginseng 5 qian, Atractylodes macrocephala (lightly roasted) 5 qian, Poria cocos 5 qian, Dried tangerine peel 4 qian, Cowpea (roasted) 5 qian, Chinese yam (roasted) 5 qian, Wood fragrant (steamed) 2 qian, Barley sprouts (roasted) 3 qian, Shenqu (roasted) 3 qian, Licorice (roasted) 2 qian.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills weighing 1 qian each.
