Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Crush the benzoin with a pestle beforehand, then grind it together with the powder and good wine. Strain out the residue, and simmer the mixture in a silver vessel over low heat until it becomes a paste. Add a small amount of wheat flour and cook together, then form the mixture into paste-like pills the size of a tung seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 20 pills per dose on an empty stomach before meals, washed down with warm wine; a solution of light vinegar is also acceptable.
