Drug Formulation
2 liang 7 qian of Bupleurum, 2 liang of Scutellaria, 2 liang of Ginseng, 2 liang of Licorice (roasted), 8 qian of Pinellia, and 3 liang of sodium silicate.

Benefits
Exogenous fever and headache; internal heat caused by stagnation of phlegm and fluid retention; or epigastric fullness and distension, vomiting, nausea, abdominal distension, and absence of bowel movements for several days.
Instructions for Use
Take 5 qian per dose; add 1.5 zhan of water, 5 slices of fresh ginger, and 1 jujube; decoct until reduced to 8 fen; strain out the residue; add the mangxiao and decoct for another 1–2 boils; take while slightly warm.
