Processing

Coarsely chop and pound the ingredients; mix thoroughly with 3 sheng of tea and wine, and let steep overnight. Add 5 jin of refined lard, simmer gently with the mixture, and wait until the Angelica dahurica turns yellowish-purple; strain out the residue to form the ointment.
