White Stiff Silkworm 3 qian, Cicada Sheds 10 pieces, Shenqu 3 qian, Raw Rehmannia 3 qian, Akebia 2 qian, Plantain Seed (roasted) 2 qian, Scutellaria 1 qian, Phellodendron 1 qian, Gardenia 1 qian (roasted until black), Coptis 1 qian, Anemarrhena 1 qian, Platycodon 1 qian, Peony Bark 1 qian.

Benefits
For severe fever in warm diseases, or cases where the patient has mistakenly taken diaphoretic or muscle-relaxing medications, leading to delirium, mania, unconsciousness, dry heat, constipation, or recurrence after a heavy meal.
Instructions for Use
Decoct in water, strain out the residue, add 3 spoonfuls of honey, half a small cup of rice wine, and half a small cup of urine; mix well and take while cool.
