Chinese Name : 神效黄耆汤
Drug Formulation
1 qian of Schisandra berries, 5 qian of aged tangerine peel (with pith removed), 8 qian of ginseng, 1 liang of fried licorice, 1 liang of white peony root, and 2 liang of astragalus.

Benefits
Numbness and loss of sensation throughout the body, or in the head, face, hands, feet, elbows, back, or legs; as well as the eyes becoming tightly constricted, aversion to light and fear of sunlight, difficulty opening the eyes due to dryness and soreness, or weakness in vision, eye pain, blurred vision, inability to bring hands close to the eyes, lack of luster in the eyes, or a burning sensation in the eyes as if on fire.
Instructions for Use
Coarsely crush the ingredients. Take 5 qian per dose; boil with 2 zhan of water until reduced to 1 zhan; strain out the residue; and take while still slightly warm before bedtime.
Note
For cases of severe eye constriction, avoid alcohol, vinegar, wheat flour, strong-flavored spices, scallions, Chinese chives, garlic, and other pungent foods.
