Drug Formulation

1 liang of Fangji, 1 liang of Sichuan pepper, 1 liang of Xixin, 1 liang of Cinnamon Bark, 1 liang of Ephedra, 1 liang of Gypsum, 1 liang of Duhuo, 1 liang of Fangfeng, 1 liang of Scutellaria, 1 liang of Yinmu, 1 liang of Kudzu Root, 1 liang of Chuanxiong, 1 liang of Peony, 1 liang of Licorice, 3 liang of Fresh Ginger, 3 liang of Poria, and 2 pieces of Aconite.

Instructions for Use

Coarsely crush the ingredients. Simmer with 1 dou of bamboo sap until reduced to 4 sheng; strain out the residue, divide into 6 doses, and consume the entire amount within one day and one night. In between doses, one may drink a decoction of red adzuki beans as needed.

Note

Avoid seaweed, Chinese cabbage, pork, cold water, raw scallions, raw vegetables, and vinegar-based foods.
