Processing

Mix 3 sheng of strong wine with 5 dou of silkworm droppings, then steam in a steamer until hot.

Instructions for Use

In a warm room, spread the mixture on an oiled mat. Have the patient—who suffers from wind-cold obstruction or has recently contracted paralytic wind—lie on the affected side. Ensure they are well-covered with warm, thick blankets until sweat breaks out. If the patient is weak, someone must remain by their side at all times to prevent fainting from excessive heat. Keep the head and face exposed; do not cover them completely. Repeat the treatment periodically until fully recovered.
