Large Southern Star (round and white) 4 qian, Castor Bean Kernels 4 qian, Gallnut (pale red) 2 qian, White Angelica (sliced) 2 qian, Turmeric 2 qian, Pinellia (raw) 2 qian, Fritillary Bulb 2 qian, Bletilla 2 qian, Myrrh 3 qian, Frankincense 3 qian, Hua Rui Shi Powder 2 doses.

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and mix with well water and honey.

Instructions for Use
For sores with a dark, dull appearance, first apply ginger juice from the edge of the discoloration inward; leave the center—about the size of a coin—and apply the ointment there. If the sore is large, spread the medicine on gauze. Cut two pieces from the tips of white bamboo leaves (from an old tea basket; bamboo leaves from the top of a long-standing bamboo grove are also acceptable) to match the shape of the sore. First apply them to the medicine, then apply them to the sore. As the bamboo leaves release moisture, use the medicine to facilitate the process.All applied medications must be finely ground to avoid causing pain.
