Borax, mercury oxide, realgar, dried lacquer, cinnabar, and soybean flour.

Processing
Take 1 qian of each of the above herbs and 3 qian of beeswax; grind them into a fine paste and form into pills, then coat with cinnabar.

Instructions for Use
Each morning, first take 4 liang of sesame oil and 3 stalks of scallion whites with roots intact; then take 1 pill, washed down with rice-water.
