Decoct in water and take orally. Next, take processed Aconite Root, Fenugreek (wine-fried), Chinese Melia Fruit (fried), and Fennel (fried)—all four ingredients in equal parts—and grind into a powder. Boil wild boar kidneys in wine, remove the tendons and membranes, grind them into a fine paste, and mix with a small amount of wine to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed. Take 40–50 pills per dose, swallowed with water before meals.
