5 qian of Prepared Rehmannia Root, 3 qian of Lu Dangshen, 3 qian of Dried Ophiopogon (core removed), 3 qian of Prepared Jujube Seed (ground), 1 qian of Schisandra Berry (ground), 3 whole Black Plum, 3 qian of Black Knotweed, 3 qian of Fried Licorice, 3 qian of Fried Astragalus, 3 Lotus Pods, 2 Jujubes.
