1 qian of mulberry bark, 3 qian of apricot kernel paste, 1 qian of acanthopanax bark, 1 qian of plantain seed, 1 qian of areca nut peel, 1 qian of aged tangerine peel, 1.5 qian of poria peel, and 1.5 qian of lycium bark.
