Chinese Name : 雷火针
Drug Formulation
1 liang of Qi-region mugwort, 2 qian of cinnabar, 1 qian of pangolin scale (earth-roasted), 1 qian of peach bark, 1 qian of wild Aconite, 1 qian of Sichuan Aconite, 1 qian of frankincense, 1 qian of realgar, 1 qian of myrrh, 1 qian of sulfur, and 0.5 fen of musk.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder. Spread Qi Ai on coarse paper, place 3 qian of the medicinal powder on top, and roll it into a tube shaped like a firecracker. Place the medicinal tube in a bottle, seal the opening with bamboo leaves and oiled paper, and bury it in the ground beneath the house for 49 days before retrieving it.

Instructions for Use
For the affected area, fold a piece of blue or red cloth into twenty-four layers. Light a needle lamp, blow out the flame, and use it to needle through the cloth. The pain will cease as soon as the affected area becomes extremely warm. The condition will be cured in no more than three treatments.
