Processing

Except for Frankincense and Myrrh, grind the remaining ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Use two jin of high-quality oil and simmer everything together in a pot over alternating high and low heat, stirring constantly with a locust branch. The mixture is ready when smoke rises and a fragrant aroma is released. Add half a jin of Orpiment, along with the finely ground Frankincense and Myrrh, and simmer thoroughly until a drop of the mixture forms a bead that does not disperse—at which point the consistency is just right.Pour into a basin of water to remove the heat toxicity, then immediately scoop out and store in a porcelain container.

Benefits

For all types of injuries, including swelling, pain, and fractures.

Instructions for Use

Based on the size of the fractured bone joint, spread paper evenly to wrap and secure the injury; the medicinal properties will naturally dissipate, after which a medicinal poultice should be applied. For those over 30 years old, no more than two applications are needed; for those under 50, no more than three applications are required—this is certain.
