Drug Formulation

1 qian of pearl, 2 qian of Coptis chinensis, 5 qian of areca nut, 5 qian of ox bile, 5 qian of Dendrobium nobile, 5 qian of processed Pinellia ternata, 3 qian of Bupleurum chinense, 3 qian of white thunder pill, 3 qian of Western amber, 3 qian of Guangxi frankincense, 10 sets of chicken gizzard, and 20 sheets of red gold foil.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; make pills the size of mustard seeds by mixing the powder with a decoction of aged rice.

Instructions for Use

For children under 7 years of age, take 1 pill per dose with warm broth; double the dose for convulsions. Adjust the dosage for males and females, children and adults, and according to the severity of the condition, using 30 pills as a standard, three times daily.

Note

Avoid raw and cold foods, fishy-smelling foods, greasy foods, wheat products, eggs, and similar items.
