Chinese Name : 仙方牛黄丸
Drug Formulation
Half liang of White Flower Snake (soaked in wine, flesh only), half liang of Gastrodia, half liang of Whole Scorpion, half liang of White Aconite, one genuine Sichuan Aconite (weighing half liang, raw, with skin and navel removed), half liang of Peppermint Leaves (the above 6 ingredients should first be ground into a fine powder, then added); half liang of Realgar, 3 qian of Cinnabar, 1 qian of Ox Bile, 1 qian of Musk, half qian of Borneol(all ground separately).

Processing
Mix the above ingredients thoroughly; add 2 liang of ephedra (roots removed) and 1 sheng of wine; decoct the ephedra until reduced to 1 zhan; remove the ephedra; continue boiling the mixture with the wine until the desired consistency is reached; form into pills the size of a water caltrop; store in an airtight container.
