Drug Formulation
1 pair of tiger eyes (soaked in wine, lightly roasted), 2.5 qian of ox bile (ground separately), 2.5 qian of iron powder (ground separately), 2.5 qian of rhino horn shavings, 2.5 qian of white aconite root (roasted), 2.5 qian of Indian saffron, 2.5 qian of ginseng (root tip removed),Indigo Powder (finely ground) half liang, Cinnabar (ground separately) half liang, Rhubarb half liang, Fine Pine Soot Ink 1 liang (burned until all smoke dissipates; the fire toxicity is released onto the ground), Borneol 1 qian (ground separately), Musk 1 fen (ground separately).

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, then add the separately ground herbs and mix thoroughly.

For children with disharmony of qi and blood, a pre-existing condition of excess heat, who have further contracted external wind pathogens, leading to sudden convulsions, profuse drooling, a fixed gaze, fever, and constipation.
Instructions for Use
For a 100-day-old infant, administer 1 zi per dose; for a one-year-old child, half a qian, mixed with a decoction of scallion whites and mint. If there is profuse drooling or swelling and pain in the throat, add half a qian of finely ground borneol and mix with a decoction of mint. Administer at any time.
