Drug Formulation

1 fen of Asarum, 1 fen of Puhuang, 3 fen of apricot kernels (soaked in hot water, with skin, tip, and double kernels removed), 3 fen of malt powder (lightly roasted).

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; grind the apricot kernels into a paste; mix thoroughly; and roll into pellets the size of a jujube seed.

Wrap in cotton and insert into the ear; change once daily until cured.
