8 fen of Angelica dahurica, 7 fen of Platycodon grandiflorus, 7 fen of Paeonia lactiflora, 7 fen of Ligusticum chuanxiong, 1 qian of Panax ginseng, 1.5 qian of Astragalus membranaceus, 5 fen of Atractylodes macrocephala (adjust as needed), 5 fen of Poria cocos (adjust as needed), 1 qian of Angelica sinensis, 1 or 2 qian of Cicada Shed, 5 fen of Saposhnikovia divaricata, and a pinch of glutinous rice.
