Chinese Name : 羌活汤加防风方
Drug Formulation
Qianghuo (with root tip removed) 2 liang, licorice (roasted) 1.5 liang, ginseng 1.5 liang, Fangfeng (with branches removed) 2 liang, Aconite (roasted until cracked, with skin and navel removed) 2 pieces, fresh Rehmannia root juice half a zhan, Jingli half a zhan, Zhuli half a zhan.

Processing
Take the above eight ingredients; coarsely chop the first five until they are about the size of sesame or bean seeds.

For loss of voice and inability to speak due to stroke.
Instructions for Use
Take 5 qian per dose; add 1 zhan of water, along with half a zhan each of Rehmannia juice and Jingli and Zhuli juices; decoct until reduced to 1 zhan; strain and take while warm—once on an empty stomach, once at noon, and once before bedtime.
