White alum (any amount; grind into a powder; take one square brick, heat it until red-hot, sprinkle water on the brick, spread the alum powder over the brick, cover with a porcelain plate, and surround it with ash on all four sides for one day and one night; the alum will rise onto the plate—sweep it off for use) 2 qian; white-frosted plums (pitted) 2; genuine realgar 1 qian; pangolin scale (roasted) 1 qian.
