Drug Formulation
3 qian of Coptis, 5 qian of Poria, 5 qian of White Peony Root, 2 qian of Kudzu Root, 3 fen of White Angelica, 3 qian of Sophora Flower, 3 qian of Sanguisorba, 3 qian of Ginseng, 1 qian of Sichuan Manchurian Tortoise Shell (roasted in earth and ground into powder), 5 qian of Atractylodes, 2 qian of Plantain Seed, and 2 qian of Notoginseng Root Powder.

Benefits
Hemorrhoids with bleeding. Excessive alcohol consumption causes heat to accumulate in the rectum without immediate release, leading to the formation of small, persistent hemorrhoids. Over time, the skin ruptures and blood flows out; during bowel movements, a small amount of blood is expelled first, followed by stool.
Instructions for Use
Decoct the ingredients in water, mix in 3–7 of the root powder, and take orally. After 3 doses, bleeding may increase compared to before; after 3 doses, omit Coptis, take another 3 doses, and the bleeding will stop and the hemorrhoids will heal.
Note
After recovery, alcohol must be strictly avoided for life. Sexual activity should be avoided for 3 months.
