5 qian of Datura flower, 2 qian of Wallflower.
Source
From *Xu Ping’s Authentic Treatise on Surgery*, Volume 8.
Processing
Take 3 qian of fine white sewing thread and place it in a porcelain jar with the above ingredients. Add 1 bowl of water and simmer over low heat until the liquid has evaporated; then remove the thread and air-dry it in the shade.
Benefits
For all types of hemorrhoids and the five goiters and six tumors—particularly those with a small base and a large head or surface.
Instructions for Use
For treatment, use one thread for smaller lesions and two threads for larger ones. Tie them in a double knot at the base, leaving thread ends at both ends. Gradually tighten the knots daily; the affected area will naturally turn purplish-black and cold. In mild cases, this takes 7 days; in severe cases, 15 days. The lesion will eventually wither and fall off. Use Pearl Powder to close the wound.
