Drug Formulation

Aconite Root (roasted until cracked, peel and pith removed, ground into powder) 1 Daqianbi, Talc 2 Qianbi, Melon Seeds (ground into powder) 27 pieces, Musk (Dangmenzi) 1 piece.

Processing

Grind all ingredients except musk and talcum powder into a fine powder. Mix thoroughly with the bile of a wild boar, then add the musk. Place the mixture in a pig’s gallbladder, hang it with a string on a yellow earthen wall, and each day before washing your face, spray the mixture repeatedly into your mouth for 7 days. Afterward, retrieve the medicine, grind it again into a fine powder, and form it into pills the size of a sesame seed using pig bile, then coat them with cinnabar.

Instructions for Use

Take 5–7 pills per dose, adjusting the amount according to the child’s condition; take on an empty stomach or before bedtime with warm, boiled water.
