Processing

First, place the peppermint in a steamer, separate it with a fine silk cloth, and place the soybean powder on top. Seal the steamer, place it in a pot, and steam until the top becomes extremely hot; the frost will have formed. Collect the powdered frost. For every 8 liang, mix with 4 liang of white sugar and 4 liang of refined honey, stirring until well blended. Pound until smooth, then shape into cakes or pills.
