Processing

Avoid using iron utensils. Grind the ingredients into a fine powder. Use one placenta (Zi He Che)—preferably from the first-born male fetus.First soak and rinse it in rice washing water, then soak it in running water for one quarter of an hour. Remove it, place it in a bowl, and steam it in a clay pot for one day until it is extremely soft and paste-like. Remove it, pour the natural liquid into the herbal powder, and mix lightly. Place the placenta in a stone mortar and pound it into a paste. Then mix the herbal powder and liquid evenly to form pills.
