1 large Tiannanxing (remove the outer skin, hollow out the center to form a pit, fill with vinegar until 8 fen full, heat from all sides until the vinegar evaporates and it turns yellow, then chop finely), 1 fen of Lilu,

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, then form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed using a wheat flour paste.

For stroke-induced aphasia, with a sensation in the throat as if being sawed, and froth coming from the mouth.
Instructions for Use
Take 3 pills at a time, washed down with warm wine. If saliva is vomited after a while, it is a sign of effectiveness; if vomiting persists, sip cold scallion broth to stop it.
