Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, adding them one by one and mixing thoroughly until uniform. Take 1 tong of soapberry (free of worms; scrape off the skin and fibrous membrane), soak it in half a jin of fine wine overnight, then squeeze gently to extract the juice and strain out the residue. Add 3 qian of naphtha, and simmer in a silver vessel over low-to-medium heat until it boils a dozen or so times; let cool. Separately, melt a small amount of honey and add it to the mixture, blending it with the other ingredients until well combined.Make the larger pills the size of a jujube and the smaller ones the size of a soapberry; coat them separately with gold or silver foil.

Instructions for Use
Take 1 pill per dose, dissolved in Gold, Silver, and Peppermint Decoction. For cases with excessive salivation, dissolve the pill in Mercury Decoction. For children, adjust the dose according to size; there are no restrictions on the time of administration.
