Drug Formulation

Half a jin of table salt, 4 liang of rock salt.

Processing

First, take one handful of Sophora japonica branches, chop them into one-cun segments, and simmer in 5 bowls of water until reduced to 1 bowl. Remove from heat, then add the two types of salt to the pot. Gradually pour the previous decoction into the pot and simmer until dry, then grind into a fine powder.

Toothache caused by excessive consumption of sweet foods.

Instructions for Use

Rub the teeth with this powder daily; for severe cases, also rinse the mouth with gallnut decoction.
