Wood Fragrance, Chebulic Myrobalan (roasted, pitted), Magnolia Bark (roasted with ginger juice), Gallnut, and White Atractylodes—each in equal parts.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; use roasted millet rice to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
