Drug Formulation

Wuyao 15g, Myrrh (processed) 5g, Cyperus (processed) 15g, Galangal 5g, Frankincense (processed) 5g, White Peony Root (fried with wheat bran) 30g, Wulingzhi (fried) 20g, Clove 5g, Star Anise 4g, Curcuma 15g, Wood Fragrance 8g, Green Tangerine Peel (fried with wheat bran) 10g,Cinnamon Bark 10 g.

Processing

First, decoct the four ingredients—Wuyao, Cyperus rhizome, Curcuma, and Green Tangerine Peel—twice in water, for 4 hours each time. Use the decoction to melt Frankincense and Myrrh, pass the mixture through an 80-mesh sieve, allow it to settle for 6–8 hours, collect the supernatant, and concentrate it into a thick paste.Grind the remaining seven ingredients, including Wulingzhi, into a fine powder. Mix thoroughly with the thick paste described above, dry at 60–70°C, grind into a fine powder, and sieve through a 100-mesh sieve. For every 100 g of the powdered mixture, add 7.5 g of starch, 7.5 g of white dextrin,5 g of granulated sugar, and form into granules. Dry at 60–70°C; mix 0.5–1 g of lubricant per 100 g of dry granules, press into tablets, and the product is ready. Each tablet weighs 0.4 g.
