Processing

Grind the ingredients into an extremely fine powder and set aside. When ready to use, mix with well water, coat the inside of a bowl with the mixture, and place it in a shaded area. Wait until it is completely dry, then scrape it off with a bamboo strip and grind it into a fine powder again for future use.Take a large bowl and line the rim with rice paper. Spread the powdered medicine evenly over the paper, then cover it with moxa wool to a thickness of about half the paper’s thickness. Light fires on all four sides and ignite the moxa simultaneously. As soon as the surface of the medicine feels hot, lower it. Once cooled, blow away the moxa ash, tear off the paper, and scrape the medicine from the bottom of the bowl into a porcelain jar, sealing it tightly.
