Drug Formulation

1 qian of ginseng, 1 qian of Fangfeng, 1 qian of Tianma (baked), 1 qian of scorpion tail (detoxified), 1 qian of borneol, 1 qian of Poria sclerotium, 1 qian of licorice (roasted), 1 qian of jujube seed, 5 fen of cinnabar (water-floated), and 1 fen of musk.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Form into pills the size of a water caltrop using the soft center of white rice.

Instructions for Use

Dissolve the pills in a decoction made from Ophiopogon japonicus (with the core removed), and take them some time after a meal.
