Drug Formulation
Black lead 3 liang (refined 10 times; combined with mercury to form sand-like crystals; divided into small pieces; boiled with licorice in water for half a day; allowed to cool; removed, ground, and the licorice discarded), mercury (formed into sand-like crystals) 3 liang, iron powder 3 liang, licorice (boiled with lead) 10 liang, Tiannanxing (roasted and ground into powder) 3 fen, cinnabar (sifted and ground) half a liang, talcum powder (ground) 1 liang.

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and form into pills the size of a sesame seed using wheat flour paste.

Instructions for Use
For a 1-year-old child, administer 1 pill after breastfeeding or a meal, taking it with peppermint and honey tea. A mild laxative effect is the desired outcome; if no effect is observed, administer another dose.
