Benefits

For chronic or newly developed gangrenous ulcers.

Instructions for Use

Use 10 liang of sesame oil. First, add the three ingredients—cypress, scutellaria, and angelica—to the oil and simmer until charred; strain out the residue. Next, add the human hair and simmer until charred; remove the hair. Then add the yellow and white resins and melt them; finally, add the milk, myrrh, dragon’s blood, miso, mercury oxide, elephant skin, and pearl powder, and stir until well blended.Take one sheet of rice paper and cut it into six small pieces. Dip one piece into the ointment, spread it on a work surface, and smooth it evenly on both sides with your hands. Then take another piece, dip it into the ointment as before, and spread it over the previous layer. Repeat this process to create a total of ten layers. When treating a skin ulcer, cut a piece of this ointment to fit the size of the ulcer and apply it to the affected area. Remove one layer each day; once all layers have been removed, the ulcer will be healed.
