Chinese Name : 十力大补丹
Drug Formulation
1 jin of Fangfeng (boiled in vinegar, sun-dried, and ground into powder), 1 jin of black beans (roasted until dry, soaked in wine overnight, removed and sun-dried as before, then roasted again; repeat the soaking in wine three more times, sun-dried, and ground into powder), half a jin of Sichuan Aconite (with skin intact), 1 jin of Atractylodes (soaked in rice washing water overnight, washed, peeled, thoroughly sun-dried, and ground into powder.Wrap the powders of black beans, Fangfeng, and Atractylodes in paper together), 1 jin 1 qian of Chao Wu (with skin intact, coarsely chopped, softened by soaking in ginger juice, then pounded into a paste), 1 jin of fresh ginger (pounded into a paste), and 1 jin of scallion whites.

Processing
Crush the Sichuan Aconite, Wild Aconite, scallions, and ginger as described above; wrap them in rice paper; leave them exposed overnight; then place them in a new earthenware jar and seal the opening tightly. Store for 5 days in spring, 3 days in summer, 7 days in autumn, and 10 days in winter. After the specified number of days, remove the contents, mix them thoroughly with the powder of the first three ingredients, and form into pills the size of soft-shelled turtle eggs using glutinous rice paste.

Instructions for Use
Take 1 pill per dose; just before bedtime, bite it open and swallow it with warm wine; ginger tea may also be used. Later, add 4 liang of ginseng, 4 liang of angelica root, and 4 liang of indigo powder.
Note
After taking the medicine, avoid all hot foods, soups, and alcohol. This medicine induces drowsiness; sexual activity is strictly prohibited.
