Processing

First, soak in rice washing water overnight, then sun-dry; next, soak in a decoction of 2 qian of Phellodendron bark overnight, then sun-dry; then, soak in water with 2 qian of salt overnight, then sun-dry; finally, boil 1 jin of black sesame seeds, 2 jin of rice wine, and 1 jin of children’s urine until dry, remove and sun-dry until fragrant. Grind the dried paper into a fine powder, discard the sesame seeds, and use aged rice vinegar to form pills the size of mung beans.

Instructions for Use

Take 2 qian per dose; after a meal, take 1 qian of Eucommia (roasted to remove the fibers) and 1 qian of Anemarrhena, decoct in water, and take the decoction with the pills.
