Drug Formulation
White Tribulus (roasted and de-spined) 4 liang, Wild Sesame (cleaned of soil, lightly roasted) 4 liang, Sophora Root (fresh) 4 liang, Schizonepeta 4 liang, Angelica Root (washed with wine) 4 liang, Fangfeng (stem removed) 4 liang,Sea-Wind Vine (fragrant variety is best; resembling horsewhip root, sliced; those with a pattern like betel nut are especially excellent) 2 liang, Trifoliate Orange Peel (pulp removed and cleaned) 2 liang, Atractylodes macrocephala 2 liang, Akebia 2 liang, Frankincense (oil removed) 1 liang, Myrrh (oil removed) 1 liang,Achyranthes root 1 liang, Sichuan cinnamon twigs 1 liang, heavy whole scorpions 7 pieces, Da Feng Zi 5 liang (boiled together with 5 qian of Tianma; remove the white membrane, then pound to a fine powder in a stone mortar and mix thoroughly), tiger bone (fried with butter) 2 liang.

Instructions for Use
Take 3 qian each morning, noon, and evening, washed down with plain hot water, and follow with a slice of fragrant citron. If, after taking these pills, you find your appetite has decreased and you feel fatigued and exhausted, this indicates the medicine is taking effect; you must be patient and continue taking it for an extended period to ensure its full efficacy. Gradually increasing the dose to 5 qian or 7 qian yields even better results.
Note
Avoid foods that may trigger symptoms, such as soybean paste, soy sauce, liquor, Sichuan pepper, mutton, and goose; only blackfish and sesame seeds are suitable.
