Chinese Name : 除毒丹

Drug Formulation

1 liang of Coptis (hairs removed), half a liang of Sophora flavescens (chopped), half a liang of Celosia argentea seeds, half a liang of Gentiana scabra (stem removed), 1 fen of sulfur, 1 fen of crimson silk, 1 fen of dried toad, and 1 fen of white alum.

Processing

Coarsely chop the ingredients, mix them together, and burn them until only the essence remains; grind into a powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a sesame seed.
