1 qian of Angelica sinensis root, 1 qian of prepared Rehmannia root, 1 qian of frankincense, 1 qian of myrrh, 1 qian of Chuanxiong, 1 qian of white peony root, 1 qian of cinnamon bark, 2 qian of millet husks (soaked to remove fibrous membranes, then stir-fried with honey).
